A pre-vacuum of loose dry soiling is followed by a mist of encapsulation chemical, which is gently agitated into the fibres with a brush or bonnet. Encapsulated soiling is then removed via regular maintenance vacuuming.

Hot Water Extraction Clean.
The Premium Upholstery Cleaning method. Suitable for most Upholstered Furniture.*
A pre-vacuum of loose dry soiling is followed by wet vacuum "spray and extract", utilising premium grade extraction-cleaning detergents and rinses from reputable brands.
Recommended for Upholstery in all conditions, from Light to Heavy soiling and for spot/stain treatment.
*Some fabrics and fillers are sensitive to water or particular cleaning chemistry. Thorough testing is conducted prior to cleaning to determine the best course of action for you and your furniture's needs.
